DESCRIPTION:Based on exercises in breakouts and a demo coaching\, participa
 nts will get a greater awareness of the application of the competences. To
  sharpen their focus and awareness of what these competencies are and are 
 not. There will be reflections and sharings in the last part of the webina
 r to harvest the deeper knowledge that has been created.\n\nAnne Eggen-Joh
 ansen will take us through the core competence #6\, listens actively. Anne

 I Core Curriculum and in the CTI Certification Program. She has been worki
