Based on exercises in breakouts and a demo coaching, participants will get a greater awareness of the application of the competences. To sharpen their focus and awareness of what these competencies are and are not. There will be reflections and sharings in the last part of the webinar to harvest the deeper knowledge that has been created.

Anne Eggen-Johansen will take us through the core competence #6, listens actively. Anne, MCC, and CTI Faculty member since 2006 working as a Trainer both in CTI Core Curriculum and in the CTI Certification Program. She has been working as a Coach and Trainer in corporate since 2004.
